From Thursdays to Sundays, we’ll be cooking up something delicious for breakfast and evening meals. It’s usually over woodfire or charcoal, either on the grill or in the pot. Breakfast might be tea or coffee with huevos rancheros; a bacon sandwich; grilled bread rubbed with garlic and tomato, or just good old porridge. Dinner might be grilled meat or fish and salads or delicious stews with gremolata and home-made flatbreads.
There are plenty of tables and chairs for a communal feast around the Camp Kitchen, or head back to your own pitch for a private dining experience. Either way, no one needs to be the designated driver home!
We email you the week before your stay with the menu and ask for your orders in advance so we know how many we’re cooking for. We’ll always try to do a bit more in case the delicious smells lure some late-comers, but once it’s gone, it’s gone!
